Thank you for choosing Ponytail Clinic.
Your appointment has been carefully curated to deliver a refined, seamless, and high-quality experience. Please review the following prior to booking to ensure everything runs effortlessly.

Appointments

Appointments are released on the 15th of each month.

Ponytail Clinic is based within a private studio in East London, Canning Town (LDN East Studio). Full address details will be shared in your confirmation email ahead of your appointment.

Nearest stations:
Star Lane (5 minutes)
Canning Town (7–10 minutes)

Kindly allow additional time for parking and locating the studio to ensure a prompt arrival.

Arrival & Timing

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

* A 10-minute grace period is permitted

* After 10 minutes, a late fee will be applied

* Arrivals beyond 20 minutes may result in appointment cancellation at the stylist’s discretion

To maintain the quality of service for all clients, timings are adhered to strictly.

Booking & Payment

* A £30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

* The remaining balance is payable via bank transfer or exact cash

Deposits confirm acceptance of all booking policies.

Studio Etiquette

To preserve a calm and focused environment:

* Appointments are client-only (no additional guests unless pre-approved)

* Professional and respectful conduct is expected at all times

Hair Preparation — Essential

To achieve Ponytail Clinic’s signature finish, preparation is key:

* Hair must be freshly washed with no product (no oils, leave-in conditioners, or serums)

* Hair must be fully detangled and blow-dried or stretched

* No residue from previous styles (including glue or product build-up)

Please note I do not accept synthetic hair or clip on ponytails.

Hair can be purchased directly from the Ponytailclinic please contact stylist directly.

Hair that is not prepared to this standard may affect results and incur an additional service fee.

All hair textures are welcomed and expertly handled.

For grown out pixie cuts please choose the correct service when booking.

Add-Ons & Enhancements

All additional services must be selected at the time of booking to ensure adequate timing:

* Out-of-hours appointments (before 10am / after 5pm)

* Thick or long hair

* Squeeze-in appointments

* Bank holiday bookings

Longevity & Aftercare

* Sleek ponytails are designed to last up to 7 days with proper care

* Frontal ponytails typically last 5–7 days, depending on maintenance and environmental factors

Frontal Services

* Only HD lace frontals (13x4 or 13x6) are accepted

* Frontals must be dropped off up to 4 days prior to your appointment

Late submissions will incur a same-day customisation fee.

Drop-offs are strictly by arrangement. Ponytail Clinic does not accept responsibility for posted or unattended parcels.

Monday- Saturday : 10am- 8pm ( you must communicate when you will dropping hair off.

The drop off is at the studio, please note you must arrange drop off please do not just turn up.

Just drop a text no calls! When you will be dropping the hair. Give me notice!

Full Name ,date/time of appointment must be placed inside your package.

Frontals sent by delivery: only if you have spoken with the stylist.

Service Standards

* Premium products and heat styling tools are used to achieve a flawless finish

* Human hair is strongly recommended for optimal results

* Lower-quality lace or dense frontals are not accepted, as they do not meet Ponytail Clinic standards

Client Care

If you have any concerns, they must be raised during your appointment to allow immediate refinement. Once you leave the studio, adjustments cannot be made.

Final Note

Each appointment is delivered with precision and care. To maintain this standard, services are never rushed. Please allow sufficient time around your booking.
